He tried to claim I have 4 major issues that require addressing then handed me a hand-written legal pad suggesting $3000 in work. I understand these companies make no money on regular services: their job is to find expensive repairs or eventually replace your AC. That’s where the $ is. The reason I gave them two stars is that I do feel the job was very thorough and pictures were taken at every step. I would not trust this company to do the work on my AC however. Did not appreciate my experience in the upsell of three grand which is half the cost of the unit in the first place. You don’t go from 7 years of great check ups to a $3000 suggestion unless they are taking advantage of people. Nope!
